Greetings!
My name is Ellie Burke, and I am writing to be considered for the posted Administrative Assistant position for Information Services
With several years of experience as an AA, I came to Spectrum Health in 2014. I started in Patient Access and quickly found myself in HDVCH Surgical Services as their Administrative Secretary. With this move, I was able to merge my previous administrative skills with a greater knowledge of the Spectrum Health culture and transition into and Administrative Assistant for Information Services.
During my time at Spectrum, I have become proficient at processing payroll, scheduling and executing meetings, networking with others throughout the system and various daily administrative tasks. Now, I find myself looking for new challenges in a full time, Administrative Assistant position. I believe myself to be an upbeat member of the team and take great pride in my work. I enjoy learning new tasks and taking on increasing responsibilities. I also love planning, schedules, Post-it Notes and poring over the OfficeMax catalog (an ESFJ personality type, I was truly born to be an admin!).
If after reviewing my resume you think I may be a fit, I would love to learn more about the position and answer any questions you may have. Feel free to contact me via email or phone.
Thank you for your time!
